Green Bar Cycle

Green: The elapsed time from the point you see a GreenBar to the point you see a GreenBar again.

Red: Could someone please provide additional context? Without context, this seems to be instantaneous; just look at the green bar again. I assume this has to do with UnitTesting, but it's not clear.

Green: You start with working code (green), write a UnitTest for a non-existing feature (red), implement the feature (green again).
