It is a natural generalization of the TwinPages pragma, where the author proposes the pseudo-icon '<=>'

Bilinked pages are also called PartnerPages.
It is different from a Sister page, which if existing should display the Meatball logo at the bottom of this page, which as of today (20120924) it does not.
