BiLinks is a proposed WikiPragma, written as a pseudo-icon '<->', intended to be placed on the bottom of the page, explained at http://www.aboutus.org/BiLinks:

It is a natural generalization of the TwinPages pragma, where the author proposes the pseudo-icon '<=>'
