I have a dream that one day in our office the customers and the programmers will be able to sit down together at a table of a cooperative whole team.

I have a dream that our programmers will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the technologies they use but by the outcome of their work.

I have a dream that one day even the small cubicles, midnight software factories, sweltering with the heat of overwork and oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of FortyHourWeek and accepted responsibilities.

I have a dream today.

I too have a dream today (well, actually I have it every day). That dream is to one day be programming as a hobby rather than out of necessity.
