Is FairProcess still practical in this new century? Does the SapCorporation who inspired the original HarvardBusinessReview? article still practice it? Would this kind of thinking of use to companies that have adopted UnitedStatesCulturalAssumption?

Or has it become an euphemism similar to terms like FriendlyFire?
