Factionally Defined

A Factionally Defined assertion or statement is one that cannot be agreed to but which tends to be polarized with each faction taking a different distinct position. IssuePositionArgument form attempts to separate the position, the factionally defined or normative or prescriptive statement, from the issue (larger abstraction or dilemma or problem) and arguments for any given position.
