Drag And Select Option

Dragging with the right mousekey down, could simplify some Standard Wiki Features in a WysiwygWiki. On mousekey up a selection list pops up with:

The list is ordered by increasing complexity of the involved editing functions.

Motivation:

What right mouse button? Oh, you must not be using a Macintosh.
