Drag And Refactor Option

• cuts selected text in a <anchor_page> in the clipboard
• prompts for a WikiName
• opens/creates a WikiPage with that name
• copies the selected text in the new WikiPage
• adds <anchor_page_name> in the BackLink list index incrementally
