from the report of the second workshop ...
Fourteen people met in Aarhus, Denmark on September 25th during JAOO 2003 to discuss ways to improve the collaboration between customer and development in Extreme Programming (XP) like projects. All participants already had major experience in running XP-like projects.
The purpose of the workshop was to uncover common experiences, and to write them down so others could benefit from them. This report presents the most important experiences, discussions and conclusions shared by this group during the workshop.
Conclusions are extracted from the experiences in each section - and all twelve of the conclusions are summarized in an executive overview at the end of this report. -- Lars Thorup and Ole Jepsen
