Weak Is Strong
Weak Is StrongA society that caters to the needs of the weak is a strong one.
Similarly for a GlobalVillage. It can be strengthened by deliberate acts to assist the weakest of the weak to become stronger.
Contrast the preoccupation with support for the strongest in the some cultures (e.g. Germany and Japan) in the 1930's.
