Waterfall Inertia May Be Helpful

This last sentence highlights another, not so uncommon and more understandable fear-related motive for WaterFall, subtly different from the one discussed in AnAcceptableWayOfFailing. Thanks.

Instead of fear and ignorance isn't this fear with "if you can't beat em join em" fraud?
