Using Internal Row Identifiers

But most existing RDBMS do this already with an internal row ID. It's only when you need to cross-reference (Join) changing tables do you need a more explicit key. You are adding another step that existing RDBMS don't automatically need.

Please provide that context. I've no idea what this is about.
