Use By Date Exception

UseByDateException is a WikiTag to mark OnTopic pages, to signify to readers that there are significant changes in circumstances that could render a portion of the WikiPage incomplete, misleading, etc.

And the cause of this problem for the marked page is passage of time. See TemporalContext

Suggested format

put a new short paragraph at top of page with this tag, name the problem, date the remark, and if appropriate, sign the paragraph so further explanation can be sought from the person marking the wiki page content as due for update.
