• Specifies FunctionalTests.
• Sets priorities
• Views CRC sessions.
• Corresponds to C3's GoalDonor.

The customer might:

• Be the GoldOwner.
• Be an end-user.
• Have job titles like "Planner", "Analyst", "Project Lead", "Product Lead", or even "Designer".
