Textweb reads, writes, and edits networks of cells stored in .twb files. Each cell in a network has a name and a text field.

There are 3 panes in Textweb's screen: the cell list, the text pane, and the output pane. Panes may be resized by dragging their separators.

Billed as a Hypertext Notepad for Windows and Pocket PC 2003.
