Susan Borofsky

I have been in software development since 1996. When I first entered this field I was disappointed by the number of women in both my programming classes and the workplace. This deficit has made me committed to encouraging more women to enter the field.

I am currently employed as Principal Software Engineer at NCR-Teradata CRM Division. I first heard about Extreme Programming here at NCR when they started using some of the core practices. I think Xp’s organic approach fits in with the way I prefer to develop and I am eager to learn more.
