Super Test

Common (?) name for the top-level batch file that...

• checks out the latest version of all the source
• optionally calls 'make clean' to trash every scratch file
• builds all the projects
• runs all the ProgrammerTests
• runs all the AcceptanceTests that passed in the last iteration

Named to distinguish it from the suite of tests local to each module of a project. Those are the ones run between changes while adding features or refactoring in that module.
