Sprint Planning Meeting
Sprint Planning MeetingIn the ScrumProcess, this meeting starts each 30-day ScrumSprint.
It is attended by the ScrumMaster, the entire ScrumTeam, the ProductOwner, and any other people who want to provide feedback on and learn about what is planned for the next sprint.
At this meeting the ScrumTeam and the ProductOwner agree on some functionality from the ProductBacklog that will be implemented in the next sprint.
