Sonic the Hedgehog (or Sonic 1, for short) was a videogame created by SegaEnterprises, programmed in Motorola 86k. It was the first videogame in which SonicTheHedgehog had a starring role. It was originally released for the Genesis (a.k.a. Sega Mega Drive) and it later had a remake for the Sega Master System and the Game Gear. It was programmed mainly by Yuji Naka. Its sequel is SonicTheHedgehogTwo?.
