Smalltalk Instead Of Ruby
Smalltalk Instead Of RubyTools are better. Cincom VisualWorks is light years ahead of any of the Ruby IDEs I have tried. The GUI toolkit in VW are more mature too and less hassle to install than huge downloads for things like GTK+. It also looks better than tcl!
