Problems Behind The Proposed Solutions

When a worker is assigned tasks instead of problems he needs to solve. The tasks have already all the necessary information to solve the problem. It may or may not solve the problem. Make sure it solves the problem, or beware that when the problem is found again you may be part of that problem. See PeopleAreTheProblem!

When a worker receives a task, he should try to find out which problem this tries to solve. This is part of how to BecomeCompetent.

The worker also needs the develop capabilities to ascertain the holistic picture of the task objective.This will help him or her associate better,to the needs of the task,rather than carrying it out in a mechanical manner.
