Patrice Talleyrand

Marcel Leopold Patrice Talleyrand is Haitian. He is a member of the Sustainable Development Network Foundation in Haiti. He is also presides the fondasyn Mabouya that acts in development Art and Handicraft in Haiti. He speaks Creole, French and English.
