Panza Ism

A word coined by TheodoreSturgeon after Sancho Panza in DonQuixote?. An affliction whose sufferers won't accept exceptional circumstances - giants seem only windmills, and princesses only kitchen servants.

Of course the opposite, Quixotism, is just as nuts.
