A program started by the BusinessSoftwareAlliance, encouraging disgruntled employees or ex-employees to anonymously report software piracy on the part of their employer.

"Nail" also has a slang meaning here in the States. Nowadays, "Nailing your boss" could get you a sexual harassment lawsuit. Probably not what the BSA intended.
