Mutually Incompatible Extensions

Extensions to a system which seem like a good idea at the time; but are inherently incompatible with other (similar) extensions to the system, and/or with code that depends on the properties of the unextended system.

Often a result of SystemMutation gone mad or IgnoringDependencies.
