Multics Emacs

An early Emacs editor written in MacLisp. This was the first Emacs to use Lisp as a macro language (instead of Teco). There is a tremendously good account of the history and implementation of MulticsOs Emacs (and visual/real-time text editing in general) at http://www.multicians.org/mepap.html
