I was introduced to ExtremeProgramming by RichardDrake on a project with TomWhite, LanceWalton and IyadIssa in 1999. I am now a team leader at Kizoom (http://www.kizoom.com/) where we are trying to apply XP to develop a major wireless internet service using the JavaLanguage.
