Since 2007 at http://www.microsystem.cl we are working on migrate all out platform of Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management servers to interoperate using RESTful services written on Python, using many XP Practices, including

• ContinuousIntegration
• StandUpMeeting
• PlanningGame
• Coach
• Tracker

etc

The challenge also includes to coach 10 softwares developers with 10 or more years of experience to adopt XP.
