Language Test Case

Since we have all kinds of tests. Why not have LanguageTestCases. Ideally these should be nice, elegant and non-trivial problems that are amenable to an afternoon or a weekend solution.

Using solutions implemented in different languages we can apply the criteria in a LanguageComparisonFramework and see the qualities or the misfits of languages at work.
