Internet Content Adaptation Protocol

The Internet Content Adaptation Protocol is intended to allow web proxies to alter WWW requests and content at the point during which these objects move through the proxy. Example applications include content filtering, virus scanning, wireless device support on plain web sites, language translation services, and so forth. See http://www.i-cap.org for more information.
