Idea Forms

They progress as they interact in the mindsets of the people engaged with them. They exist in many different forms and are found to be valuable by those who fit them in to their plans of action.

This sounds like Memetics. Transfering memes back and forth and forming ideas in the heads of the people involved.

That is one way an individual may find of valuing this concept.
