Euclid Of Alexandria

Born about 325BC, died about 265BC.

Remarkably little is known about Euclid except that he wrote The Elements, one of the most revered and enduring treatises on mathematics. He taught at Alexandria in Egypt and expanded and extended work by Plato and Eudoxus.

One of the MathematiciansWhoHaveLeft.
