Entity Relationship ModelAn entity-relationship model (ERM) in software engineering is an abstract and conceptual representation of data.
Diagrams created using this process are called EntityRelationshipDiagram, or ER diagrams or ERDs for short. This diagrams represent the EntityRelationshipModel as a graph of nodes.
