Direct Internet Message Encapsulation

DirectInternetMessageEncapsulation is a WebServices Extension promoted by vendors like MicrosoftCorporation and IbmCorporation.

There were a flurry of activities in 2002 on the use of DIME to enable binary information to be passed between cooperating applications, see for example article at http://www.perfectxml.com/DIME.asp.

On InternetEngineeringTaskForce (IETF) site, draft-nielsen-dime-03 has been marked as expired. Where do we go for the full specification?
