All the current alternatives are bad, and you want real change. You think there is no way to destroy the system (revolution does not seem a likely alternative), so you try to find a new candidate that could represent your views in the future.

Therefore:

You choose a minor party whose popularity seems to be increasing the most. Maybe it will become a strong party some time in the future.
