Defect Based Reading

Start by identifying possible defects in requirements documents. For each defect class, develop a set of questions that would flush it out. There's also a scenario that organizes how the reviewer is supposed to step through the review.

Experimentally shown to be more effective in finding defects than ad-hoc or checklist methods.
