Copy Once Paste Everywhere

CopyAndPasteProgramming gone mad. The phrase was inspired by WriteOnceRunAnywhere.

I see it as a chronic failure to FixBrokenWindows faster than they're getting broken. It could be that we're in the BadPlace? already - why bother doing it properly when everything else uses CopyAndPasteProgramming already? Or maybe I'm just being pointlessly hypersensitive.
