Chi Kong

Chi Kong (QiGong? in PinYin?) are movements and exercises that aim to balance the body and make us healthy and more vital. It is based upon the ChineseMedicine?. A great deal of doing the exercises correctly has to do with intention and awareness.

TaiChi is a martial art that is also a Chi kong.
