CheshireWiki is based on the Web/Z39.50 SGML search engine Cheshire2 (http://cheshire.berkeley.edu/), scripted in zTCL. (TCL with Z39.50 extensions)

The underlying Cheshire code is free for use by any academic or not for profit organisation, and hence CheshireWiki is restricted by this same licence.
