One of a number of application level middleware systems, also known as InterfaceEngines or EnterpriseApplicationIntegration (EAI) software. Was acquired by Neon in September 1998 and subsequently discontinued or turned into NEONet.

Commonly used in integrating hospital systems. TDM's also been used in helping many electricity financial systems talk to each other. Logica is very big on TDM.
