The name "Ward" implies guardianship. When I was adopted, in 1962, my name was temporarily listed as "Baby Boy Ward." They meant ward of the state of Connecticut. Coincidentally, my birth mothers maiden name was "Ward'" so, the fictitious name generated for the transfer of property was accurate, by chance. I find WardsWiki to be an appropriate name for this reason.
