The Big Ball of Mud web pages led me here (http://www.joeyoder.com/papers/patterns/BBOM/mud.html). My interest is in effectively testing the big ball of mud. The forces applied to quality such as keeping the test team small, quick turnover of testers, lack of skill of testers, etc. are interesting counterparts to the Big Ball of Mud programming "pattern".
