Alexey Pajitnov
Alexey PajitnovAlexey Pajitnov invented TetrisGame in 1985.
He invented it during the reign of the SovietUnion, and thus was unable to collect royalties for the game until recently.
He has made a few other puzzle games since then.
Currently employed at MicrosoftResearch.
